Remember the bird cage Gabriella saw and wanted? I told the story here… Four. I had done some work to the bird cage, and ended up with this… Bird Cage. But I haven’t really had a chance to finish it until tonight.

I’m still trying to perfect my indoor photo taking skills… as you can see, they need a wee bit of work! That aside, I do have one more finishing touch to add, but I’m not sure if I’m going to. I have spray painted (in gold) “Gabbi” and I’m contemplating whether or not I want to add her name.

I sprayed the birds nest with Tattered Angels. Covered a Maya Road chipboard bird with some patterned paper from the Glitz Sparrow (if you click on the link, you’ll have to scroll down a little ways to see the actual collection) collection, and I’ve covered the bottom of the cage with the same paper line. I attached the bird to the branch with some fine wire, so it’s not noticable at all. I’ve done the same with the branch.

With that I’m off to bed! Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend, mine is over in just a few hours, as Alex goes back to work tomorrow.
